Rob Walker was appointed Chairman of the Alliance and Music for All at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
Rob takes the reigns from the retiring Chairman, Adrian Alexander, who has served in the role since 2011. Rob has been a board member of Soundhouse Music Alliance since 2008 and has served in the roles of Treasurer, Secretary and Deputy Chairman in that time.

Rob said on his appointment, “I am honoured to be appointed Chairman of Soundhouse and Music for All. The rich history of the charity makes me feel I am riding on the shoulders of giants. The charity has contributed to so many initiatives that have impacted music making and music education over more that 40 years, and carries a legacy I and the board intend on perpetuating.”
Our most recent program, Music for All adds another dimension to what Soundhouse has achieved. We look forward to developing our grants program that has assisted many deserving people and organisations in music making.”
